Mike Davidson Ford Holds 3rd Annual Food Drive for City Rescue Mission

Mike Davidson Ford holds its 3rd Annual Food Drive for City Rescue Mission. The Dealership hopes to collect enough canned and non-perishable goods to fill the beds of Three Ford F-150 trucks to feed the homeless during the holidays in Jacksonville. The food drive, in its third year, benefits the City Rescue Mission, a non-profit, faith-based organization located in downtown Jacksonville.  The City Rescue Mission has provided help to the homeless and needy to Northeast Florida since 1946. In addition to providing emergency services for the homeless, CRM offers life-changing programs like the New Day Workforce and LifeBuilders to people get off the streets and back on their feet.

Donations will be collected at Mike Davidson Ford. Please help “The Good Guys” by bringing in as many canned goods as you can and give support to a great cause.  “The City Rescue Mission is a wonderful local organization making a difference in Jacksonville,” said Rob Henry, General Manager, Mike Davidson Ford. “We are proud to help them in their efforts.”

Seventy-five years and going strong – Mike Davidson Ford is one dealership that truly gives back to the community.  They have earned their reputation as “The Good Guys” and a dealership that makes a difference in Jacksonville, standing above and beyond the rest.  “WE NEVER CLOSE”, once the slogan of the Lynch-Davidson firm in the 1950’s, now reigns more true than ever as the company reaches its 76th year of sales and service to the community with no signs of slowing down.
